Directions: From Fort Myers via College Parkway Bridge, turn left on Del Prado. Off Del Prado, turn right on El Dorado Pkwy then left onto Coronado Pkwy to Lucerne to Driftwood. There will be directional signs along the route.

Parking: Free.
Site Description: Community park with public beach, restaurants, fishing pier, marina, and the river.

We weren't certain how we wanted our vacation memorialized in pictures, but Christine is fun to work with, highly creative, and nailed it! Talent abounds this gal, she explored our expectations and taste then translated that to numerous scenic and modeling suggestions. Her process culminated in an array of fantastic pictures and a treasured photo album… our favorite being a sunset fishing shoot. This silhouette of Rich in his longtime hobby of canoe fishing in the wilderness could not be more beautiful, with the deep rich colors and the cloud structures for a background setting we had to get this enlarged and framed. Our photograph has won several art contests for Christine (yes, she asked for permission) and is featured on many FAA website artist groups. She is about the execution of her art and getting it perfect, even if that means getting her feet wet! Kudos to you Christine!"

"On November 8, 2014 the love of my life and I got married. Christine was our wedding photographer for our big day and she could not have possibly done a better job! She never missed a photo opportunity. She must have taken a thousand photos to make sure she didn't miss a thing:) She skillfully staged the all important bridal party and family photos and creatively organized some fun photo shoots. Candid photos were amazing and the finished product was outstanding! She beautifully designed a hard cover photo book for us that we will treasure for life. Thank you, Christine!

Fall is here and the colors are amazing! I was lucky this year that we had one night of 9 hours below 30 degrees, this started all of the trees at about the same time. We had 6 days of sunshine with no wind and no rain. This caused the trees to peak almost all in unison and no rain or wind to blow the leaves down. I am hoping for one more day to shoot the scenes! Sometimes it's good to be just lucky!!! LOL! as you know you can be there however sometimes the weather does not cooperate. Smiles, Christine

Contest Winner- Relaxing on Vacation, First Place Prize!
I recently had the pleasure to host a contest called; “Relaxing on Vacation”, on Fine Art America, the first place prize was a featured blog on my website; christinedekkersdesigns.com.
Our Winner was Trudi Doyle for her; “Girl on A Swing”, A truly beautiful watercolor of a young lady swinging on a swing with her hair swaying with the momentum. This first place winner was chosen out of 546 pieces of art by 212 artists and 533 votes. We congratulate Trudi on her WIN!

The Pink pampered pooch collection is growing! These yorkies are inspired by "The Littles", my 3 yorkies, Jessica, Annie and Rose. I have 25 designs in mind with these little darlings. Their high spirited inquisitive personalities has inspired me to share their expressions. My hope is girls 4-10 will enjoy them too! Smiles, Christine

The 1960's ok so you all don't remember! LOL! but I do, go-go boots, crazy designs, fun stuff! I've been watching the furniture designs and I thought they needed a little 1960's to add! I just photographed Switzerland and Italian alps in March and rendered my photos to the 1960's for fun! Check out new gallery 1960's hope you enjoy as I did making them! Smiles, Christine

Look at his intense look in his eye! He was watching me take the picture! Look at the wire filament hanging on the right side. I wondered if his leg is up because of this? He is still proud and beautiful! He has a look of resiliency! Such an intense look from this little guy!
